M3 Medical was established in 2004 by Killian O’Dowd and Aidan Mulloy. The organisations unique combination of skills and experience has afforded M3 Medical the opportunity to move from strength to strength throughout the medical device distribution industry.

Experience and relationships have enabled M3 Medical to bring new and innovative technologies to the medical device market place throughout Ireland.

In 2019 M3 Medical were acquired by Irish healthcare and drug distribution group Uniphar.

Head of Sales

Brendan joined M3 Medical in 2018 as Director of Sales & Marketing and has over 20 yrs experience in sales, marketing and management in both pharmaceutical and med tech organisations. Brendan’s expertise is in NeuroRadiology, Cardiology, Radiology, and Vascular therapies. Brendan is a graduate in Sports & Excercise Management from UCD, and holds a Post Grad in Marketing, PR, and Advertising. To replace Director of Sales with Head of Sales including, Brendan is fully responsible for the leadership and ownership of the M3 Commercial Strategy, M3 P&L and M3 team across Ireland and the UK.

Bobby first began her career in Med Tech back in 2018. With five years experience in the field, she now leads the Intervention Neuroradiology Division in M3 Medical, managing the portfolio nationwide. Previously a qualified nurse, graduating from UCD in 2014, she has extensive experience and specific interest in all areas relating to Interventional Radiology.

Niamh joined M3 Medical in 2022 as a Clinical Sales Specialist. Niamh is a qualified radiographer and has many years of clinical experience working in cardiac cath labs and radiology departments in Ireland. Niamh is responsible for the interventional cardiology portfolio within M3 and covers the island of Ireland.

Simon is an experienced Country Leader in the medical device industry with 20 years experience in the implantable device sector. Simon has specialised in the Cardiac Rhythm Management segment and has held leadership roles for UK and Ireland. As Head of CRM for M3 Simon now leads the Cardiac Rhythm Management Portfolio for MicroPort CRM in Ireland.
